Intakt disclaims any responsibility for incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any cause, except as expressly outlined in this warranty.

Beyond the specified warranty period, Intakt offers no express guarantees and disclaims any implied warranties, including those related to merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose.

This product must be installed and used in full compliance with relevant laws. Any improper installation or use that violates legal requirements will be considered misuse and will automatically void all warranty protection, both express and implied. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure compliance with all legal regulations.

Adhering to the recommended care guidelines is essential. The warranty is void if the product is subjected to improper care, misuse, or the use of harsh or unauthorized cleaning agents. Intakt is not liable for any damage to either the film or the vehicle resulting from incorrect care or handling.

The warranty card is only valid if the dealer has fully completed the vehicle, dealer, and film details.

Intakt provides a limited warranty on professionally sold and installed Paint Protection Film against defects such as cracking, bubbling, or discoloration caused by manufacturing or material faults. The warranty term is five years (depending on the product) from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid only when the film is applied by an authorised Intakt dealer and installer in India, following the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and applicable regulations. The warranty exclusively applies to Intakt Paint Protection Film.

This film is designed and warranted solely for use on fully cured OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) painted surfaces. Any application on repainted or aftermarket painted surfaces, or vinyl, will automatically void the warranty. Repainting the vehicle’s surface is not covered, regardless of the reason for film removal. The warranty does not extend to installations on non-painted surfaces, including, but not limited to, headlights, indicator lights, chrome, or carbon fiber trim. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Dealers are not authorised to alter or extend the warranty in any way.

The warranty becomes void if the film is subject to improper care, abuse, or the use of abrasive or unauthorised cleaning products. The application of non-wax coatings or additional clear coats over the film is prohibited and will invalidate the coverage. The Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damages to the film or vehicle due to improper installation or maintenance. Additionally, any damage or stains caused by external forces, aside from product defects, are excluded from the warranty.

Should any Product covered by this warranty fail during the specified period, the original purchaser is entitled to a replacement Product, including removal and reinstallation at no cost, through the authorised Intakt Paint Protection Film dealer where the warranty was originally provided. This warranty is limited to the remedies described herein. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase and a completed warranty registration card issued by the authorised dealer are required.
